Refresher classes are 1 unit 3 hour lab classes that prepare you for success in certain classes. At City College, these classes are offered online.
The refresher course for Math 95 success is 15A.
The refresher course for Math 96 success is 15B.
The refresher course for Math 104, 116, 210A is 15C.
The trigonometry refresher course for Math 141 and Math 150 is 15E.

These classes are designed to prepare you for AA credit classes. You can build a strong foundation for future classes.

Non transfer classes will apply towards an AA degree, but will not transfer to colleges and universities. They will also prepare you for success in transfer level classes.

These classes transfer to some colleges and universities. When you click on the course icons below for the course description, you will see one or more of the following for each transfer level class.

• Transfer to CSU and/or private colleges and universities. CSU is California State University system. San Diego State University (SDSU) is in the CSU system.

• UC Transfer Course List. UC is the University of California system. University of California San Diego is in the UC system.

Some courses satisfy specific transfer requirements designated in the major fields of study, some courses satisfy general education requirements, and other courses transfer only as elective credit. Make sure you consult the Transfer Center and Counseling Department for specifics.
